Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or refund, please email us at info@livingbyabundance.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Upon receiving your request, we will respond with further instructions and the specific return address. Please do not send any items back until you have received a response from us, as returns must be sent to the address provided in our reply to ensure proper processing.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Packages lost in transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you report you have yet to receive it
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. You should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new order to have it reshipped. We're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been made.
As digital content is delivered instantly upon purchase, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all sales are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare circumstances:
✔ You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a system error.
✔ You did not receive access to your downloadable product after purchase (and our support team has verified the issue).
If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your purchased files, please contact us at info@livingbyabundance.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Unauthorized Sharing & Violations
Our digital products are for personal use only. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of our products is strictly prohibited. If we detect unauthorized distribution, we reserve the right to revoke access without a refund and take appropriate action.
